Quality Assurance and control
The Supercars Shop guarantees all products are carefully checked for 100% quality assurance prior to shipping.

All items are carefully packed and sent in its original packaging.

Processing and delivery
Three to five (3-5) working days for items ready to dispatch, and ten (10) working days for items that are to be ordered from the manufacturer/supplier upon customer placing an order on our website.

Please note: During major events such as the Formula 1 Grand Prix Melbourne, Bathurst 1000 and Australian MotoGP Phillip Island, or major online promotions, orders may take up to ten (10) working days to be processed and shipped. 

Delivery Conditions

Large items/parcels or bulk orders may incur extra delivery fees and are calculated based on total weight (volumetric or actual – whichever is greater) of your order. Please note, this may include orders that have items such as umbrellas and track chairs as they may be required to be packaged separately.

International Shipments may also incur additional shipping fees, based on the quoted shipping cost performed once your order has been packed.

If additional fees apply, we will contact you to confirm.

Please Note: we do the best we can to pack items so that additional fees for freight do not apply.

Additional freight fees can be charged for any order exceeding standard parcel dimensions. No matter the shipping method chosen, additional freight can apply (this is true for standard and express domestic orders, international orders, and orders that qualify for free domestic shipping).

Delivery Instructions
You may include any delivery instructions in the notes section during checkout. Please be advised that while we can enter these into delivery instructions, we can not give guarantee that these actions will be followed as it is our delivery service who completes delivery.

Australia-wide delivery fees
Standard Shipping – $9.50
Express Shipping – $15.00

Please note: Orders including pre-order or backorder items may not be sent until we have received all items to avoid any extra postage fees. In some cases, if the wait for the pre order item is lengthy, we will send out the in stock items for no additional fee. We judge this based on ETAs and the contents of your order.
You may wish to have the available items in your order sent prior to their arrival for an additional fee.

International delivery fees
International deliveries* are charged a flat rate of $35.00. You will receive a tracking number, via email, once your order is shipped. The Supercars Shop will also track your package to ensure delivery. Feel free to email sales@supercarsshop.com.au for delivery status at any time.

*New Zealand Customers are charged a flat rate of $25.00.

Please note: International deliveries are subject to duties and taxes. It is your (the customer) responsibility for all duty and tax charges incurred for International shipments, we are not responsible for these charges.

If these charges are imposed, and are not paid for, your parcel will be abandoned and any monies paid will not be compensated or reimbursed.


Faulty Goods – The Supercars Shop will accept returns on genuine faulty items. Please contact us via phone (+61 3 9459 9925) or email (sales@supercarsshop.com.au) within 14 days of receipt of the order (and yes, we can track all of our deliveries). Please make contact so we can advise on you how the matter can be rectified.

Returns forms are provided in the package you have received and once a remedy has been discussed, items should be completed, faulty items carefully repackaged and posted to:

Please do not send back your faulty item without contacting us first.

Please note: If you are returning goods because of a change of mind, please be aware that returns for refunds are only valid for item where you have paid full-price. Any item/s purchased on sale, or purchased using a promotional code will be offered an alternative or store credit.

We accept exchanges also, when notified within 14 days of receipt of goods (and yes we track all of our deliveries). Exchanges will only be accepted on goods that still have all original tags attached and in original packaging. Please make contact with us via phone or email to discuss the exchange you wish to carry out. Where required, fill out the returns/exchanges form provided, items should be carefully repacked and posted to:

Postage on exchanged goods is at the customers expense.

Please note: Sale items are excluded from our refund policies. They are eligible for exchanges or store credit only. Any items purchased with a discount code are classed as sale items as full RRP has not been paid.
